We do not charge for shipping. We’ve bought on the net and always feel a little cheated when we make a purchase for $20 and have to pay another $5 (25%? Woah) for shipping. It shouldn’t cost that much. So we ship ground UPS or USPS at no charge to you.

If, however, you need your purchase in a hurry, you can pay the difference to have it sent more quickly. We typically have everything shown on the web site in stock and ship within a day. If that is not the case, we will notify you.         

All internet or phone orders must be prepaid.  We process your order when payment clears.

All items are 100% guaranteed against defects in manufacture and printing defects. That does not include aesthetic opinions. If we advertise a garment as light green, it will be light green. Please do not attempt to return it because it is not “the right light green to match her eyes.” All returns must be issued a Return Authorization by Ink and Essence or the parcel will be refused.
